Delete Your Account
If you would like to permanently delete your vibelive account, please follow the steps below from within the mobile application.
- Open the vibelive App.
- Go to Profile.
- Select Account Privacy.
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Follow the prompts to confirm the deletion.
Once you confirm the deletion request, you will be automatically signed out and your account will be scheduled for deletion.
Grace Period: Your account will remain in a recoverable state for 30 days. During this period, you may cancel the deletion request by logging back into the app and restoring your account.
