Vibe-Live ("Vibe-Live", "we", "us", or "our") provides a platform that allows users to discover verified hosts and participate in real-time one-to-one audio and video sessions based on topics and areas of interest selected by the user.

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users and hosts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

We may collect information such as:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number, where applicable
  • Profile information
  • Account credentials or authentication information

User Profile & Interest Information

To provide relevant host recommendations, we may collect information about the topics, interests, and areas of conversation selected by users.

Host Verification Information

Hosts may be required to provide additional information for verification and safety purposes. This may include identity and profile information and other information reasonably required to verify the authenticity of a host.

We use this information to verify hosts, prevent fake or fraudulent profiles, reduce impersonation and abuse, and maintain the safety and integrity of the platform.

Session Information

We may collect information relating to sessions, including session start time, end time, duration, selected host, session status, and transaction information.

Vibe-Live does not record or store the audio or video content of live sessions. Audio and video are transmitted in real time between the participants and are not retained by us after the session ends.

Device Permissions

  • Camera – Used for profile verification and for video sessions you choose to join.
  • Microphone – Used for audio and video sessions within the app.

3. Payment Information

When users purchase paid sessions, we may collect transaction-related information such as transaction ID, amount, currency, session duration, payment status, refunds, and related transaction information.

Payment card details and other sensitive payment credentials are processed by our payment service providers and are not stored by Vibe-Live.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Verify hosts
  • Recommend relevant hosts based on selected interests
  • Facilitate audio and video sessions
  • Process and manage payments
  • Prevent fraud, spam, impersonation and abuse
  • Respond to support requests

  • Maintain and improve the service
  • Detect technical problems and security issues
  • Comply with applicable legal requirements

5. Safety and Verification

Host Verification and Safety

Vibe-Live does not allow unverified hosts to offer paid sessions through the platform.

Hosts are subject to our verification and review process before they can provide sessions. We may collect and review relevant information to confirm the authenticity of host accounts and reduce fraud, impersonation, spam, and abusive activity.

Users can report inappropriate behavior, profiles, or content through the available reporting mechanisms in the app, or by contacting our support team.

6. Sharing Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Vibe-Live, including:

  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Authentication providers
  • Payment processors
  • Audio/video communication providers
  • Analytics providers
  • Customer support providers
  • Security and fraud-prevention providers

We only share information with third parties as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, or improve the service, or as required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Verification information may be retained for an appropriate period to prevent repeated fraudulent or abusive activity and to maintain platform safety, subject to applicable law.

8. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Vibe-Live account and associated personal information through the account deletion functionality available in the app, or via our account deletion page.

Certain information may be retained where required by law, necessary to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect the security of the platform.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. All data is transmitted over secure, encrypted connections.

However, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children’s Privacy

Vibe-Live is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a person under 18, we will take appropriate steps to delete it and close the associated account.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
